Most competitor’s shelters require them to be set in two pieces. They must lower the bottom half in the ground, then set the top half on it. This greatly increases the risk of contaminates getting in the seal area and creating water leaks. It also increases the likelihood of improper alignment, leading to compromised strength and often times an unsatisfactory appearance. Our units are pre-assembled at the factory. They are sealed and fastened using steel plates and 14 1/2″ concrete bolts. You can be assured that our units are correctly aligned and well sealed.
